Seafood stew comes in so many different incarnations that one can never grow bored of it. Ingredients     100gm prawns     30gm squid     50gm fish (hammour)     25gm mussels     300ml cream     25gm onion (chopped)     20gm garlic (chopped)     100ml fish stock     A pinch of saffron     50gm butter     Salt and pepper, to taste Preparation     Cut sea food into small cubes and sauté separately.     Heat a pan and melt the butter,then add the chopped onion,garlic, sautéd fish and fish stock.Bring to boil and add the cream.     Allow it to reduce and add the saffron. Then correct seasoning with salt and pepper.Arrange and serve as shown.
