UAE weather: Temperatures are low, but it feels hotter

In an odd turn of events, Dubai is currently experiencing foggy conditions this morning. The National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS) has also issued fog warnings early today. It is no cause for celebration however, as the winds remain warm and humid. Motorists are advised of lower visibility on the roads.
The NCMS said that visibility is impeded by up to 500m in certain areas of the country. Fog formations have also been spotted in the southeastern areas.
