HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa the representative of HM the King for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council of Youth and Sports and Republic of Chechnya’s President Ramzan Akhmed Kadyrov have attended the conclusive ceremony of Chechnya International Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Championship.
HH Shaikh Nasser and the President of Chechnya Republic honoured the title winners from Chechnya and from around the world.
HH Shaikh Nasser expressed his pride and boasting in the strong levels of competitions, affirming that these levels reflect clearly the fighters’ capabilities and potentials springing from their earnest preparations which preceded this highly successful sports championship.
His Highness pointed out that the MMA sports activities in Chechnya are progressing in quantum strides towards further development and flourishing. He added that this sport is nowadays experiencing its heyday in Bahrain thanks to the utmost care of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and that culminated in Bahrain MMA champions’ achievement of numerous titles.
HH Shaikh Nasser praised the organizational and administrative procedures taken by the championship’s working committees that confirmed the huge capabilities of Chechen cadres and their clear ability to host various sports championships, wishing Chechnya’s youth and sports movement further progress and prosperity and wishing the Chechen MMA champions to achieve excellent results in the various championships.
