This Ramadan, Huawei seeks to strengthen its relationship with its loyal customers by offering them special services during the whole month of Ramadan.
As a brand that is committed to delivering high end products and services, Huawei Consumer Business Group, is continuously looking for ways to satisfy their customer's needs.
The offers include a 50% discount on both screen repair and camera repair on selected devices, and a free diagnostic check-up of the device. Also included is a free photography shooting session with the best of Huawei's smartphone camera technology, which customers will be able to print and take with them.
Finally, the Dubai Huawei Service Center will be offering free engraving services for their customers, applicable only to those with metal devices. Customers can engrave loving messages on their family and friend's devices and can also engrave an inspirational message for themselves this Ramadan.
Huawei's first dedicated customer service center was opened in 2015 in Dubai and with the recent opening of the Abu Dhabi service center, Huawei now has 47 dedicated customer service centers in the region.
