Jordan on Thursday condemns a twin terrorist bombings in north Cameroon, which claimed the lives of and injured scores of innocent people.
In a statement, Minister of State for Media Affairs and Communications Mohammed Al Momani said Jordan deplores such terrorist acts that target innocent civilians. He also reiterated Jordan’s support for Cameroon in its efforts to fight terrorism.
In this regard, the minister, who is also the Government Spokesman, underscored the importance of uniting international efforts to fight terrorists and terror organizations, while noting that terrorism is a cross-border threat to all countries.
Further, Momani expressed the government’s sincere condolences to the families of the victims and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
