Outcomes of the work of teams formed to follow up progress on initiatives supervised by the Secretariat General were discussed Wednesday.
The discussions came during the second meeting for 2017 of the Steering Committee at the Secretariat General of the Supreme Council for Planning (SCP) held yesterday under the chair of Sultan bin Salim Al Habsi, SCP Secretary General.
The Committee followed the progress of work on the initiatives supervised by the Secretariat General.
The SCP Secretary General hailed the efforts exerted by all stakeholders and stressed the need to give priority to the requirements and recommendations of the action teams from all public organisations.
Further, the Committee discussed outcomes of the formed work teams to follow up the progress of these initiatives and the progress of
work as per the approved indicators for them, in addition to challenges facing the work teams.
The Committee recommended several decisions that aim at enhancing the work pace and achieving aims of these initiatives.
