Kuwait's Red Crescent Society (KRCS) continued on Tuesday to provide relief aid and assistance to the Syrian refugees in Lebanon.
Head of the KRCS field team Talal Al Khattaf said that the society provided around 5,000 liters of diesel oil to some 250 Syrian refugee families in Beqaa district, eastern Lebanon, the Kuwaiti News Agency (KUNA) reported.
Hopefully this small aid gesture will help these families fend off the harsh cold winter, said the official.
There are around one million Syrian refugees in Lebanon escaping from the ongoing war raging since 2011 in their country.
