ERC distributes new batch of rescue aid to Hami Region

The Emirates Red Crescent, ERC, has today distributed new supplies of food aid to poor and low-income families and people with disabilities in the Hami Region of the Ash Shihr District of Eastern Hadramaut.
The Deputy Head of the ERC in Yemen stated, after the distribution process, that the ERC is keen to deliver supplies of aid to vulnerable people in Yemen, and stressed that the local authorities in Hadramaut have facilitated their reconstruction work and humanitarian missions, which have benefitted thousands of local citizens.
Through its humanitarian arm, the ERC, the UAE is launching a range of rescue, humanitarian and reconstruction projects to rebuild the country after the damage caused by the Houthis militias.
