ERC distributes food aid to families in Abyan governorate

The Emirates Red Crescent, ERC, has distributed essential food aid to residents of the Al Wade'a and Mudiyah district in Abyan Governorate, who are suffering from multiple humanitarian crises due to the ongoing conflict.
The ERC yesterday distributed 1,000 food baskets, as part of its initiative to respond to the deteriorating financial situation and to alleviate the burdens imposed on some families living in poverty.
The people of Abyan expressed their appreciation to the UAE’s government and people for providing them with the humanitarian aid.
