In support of Dubai Cares’ overarching mission aimed at positively impacting the lives of children and young people through education, the Emirates National Oil Company, ENOC, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding, MoU, to sponsor the 6th edition of ‘Volunteer Emirates’, an initiative to provide essential school packs to underprivileged children enrolled in all National Charity Schools in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman.
Saif Humaid Al Falasi, Group CEO, ENOC, and Abdulla Al Shehhi, Director of Business Support Department at Dubai Cares, signed the MoU at ENOC’s headquarters.
Speaking at the signing, Abdulla Ahmed Al Shehhi, Director of Business Support Department at Dubai Cares said, "We at Dubai Cares are proud to extend our partnership with ENOC whose contribution is extremely valuable for us to reach many underprivileged children and young people to elevate the level of education that they need to prosper. With the start of the new school year, Dubai Cares’ 6th Edition of Volunteer Emirates will enable more than 10,850 boys and girls to take a progressive step towards their future, by positively influencing their learning, development, enjoyment and achievement. Thanks to the generous support of partners like ENOC, who truly believe in the transformative power of education, that we continue to turn our goals into reality."
