Secretary General of the Arab League Ahmad Abul Ghait on Thursday praised Jordan, as the custodian of the Muslims and Christian holy shrines in Jerusalem, for calling for an extraordinary Arab meeting to discuss the latest developments in Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Today’s meeting, he said, was a clear message that Arab’s will never abandon the Al-Aqsa Mosque or Haram Al-Sharia.
Further, the secretary general asked the global powers to take the needed action to prevent future recurrence of such Israeli measures against Al-Aqsa Mosque.
