UAE bans selling, subscription of beIN Sports receivers, cards
The channels of Doha-based satellite network Al Jazeera have also been blocked in UAE.

UAE authorities issued a decision on Wednesday to stop selling beIN Sports receivers and cards in the country. The authorities also warned that any shop selling or renewing such cards would be subject to fines.
Last week the Qatari sports network had been blocked in the UAE following the diplomatic row with Qatar over the latter's alleged terror links. UAE was joined by Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Egypt, among other countries, in the boycott that included a cut off in transportation ties with the Gulf state.
The channels of Doha-based satellite network Al Jazeera have also been blocked in UAE.
