Leader of the majority of German Parliament Volker Cawdor has praised efforts exerted by the Egyptian government and rapidly announcing the perpetrators of the blast at the Boutroseya Church last week.
He also praise President Abdel Fattah El Sisi's directives to re-build and renovate the church in 15 days.
Cawdor told reporters on Saturday while inspecting the church that he was shocked by the news of the explosion which targeted innocent worshipers.
He said security authorities managed to rapidly arrest the perpetrators, which, he added, has had a positive impact.
Cawdor urged the international community to rally up efforts to uproot terrorism.
He highlighted the importance of the cooperation of the international community to encourage the Egyptian economy.
