As part of the Ramadan iftar project, the Dubai Charity Association, under the supervision of the UAE Embassy to the Philippines, has distributed 184 food baskets in Rajah Sulayman district of the southern coast of Manila.
Expressing their gratitude, the recipients said that the aid had helped ease the burden of living during the holy month of Ramadan.
Ahmed Mesmar, Secretary of the Dubai Charity Association, praised the efforts and co-operation of Hamad Saeed Al Zaabi, the UAE Ambassador to the Philippines, and the Embassy staff in making the iftar project a success.
