H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received Borge Brende, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Norway, to discuss the state of affairs of the evolving bilateral ties of friendship and cooperation to serve mutual interests.
H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed and Borge Brende took stock of a range of regional and global issues of mutual concern with emphasis on the latest situation in Yemen, Iraq, Syria and Libya.
Sheikh Abdullah valued the distinguished and vibrant UAE-Norway ties and cooperation under the keen desire of the two countries' leaderships to further boost them to serve aspirations of the two countries.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Norway welcomed Sheikh Abdullah's visit to Oslo and affirmed the determination of the Norwegian government to strengthen its relations with the UAE.
Later, Borge Brende took Sheikh Abdullah on a tour of Marina Berg in Oslo.
