Al Leem said that the authority was committed to implementing the directives of the Sharjah Ruler to develop its services as per international standards, and to apply the latest technology in water production and distribution to achieve SEWA’s 2020 Strategy, which aims to make Sharjah the city of rationalisation and achieve the target of the rationalisation campaign by not less than 30 percent.
The SEWA Chairman explained that the authority was working continuously with major companies, universities and research centres to enhance and strengthen the network of water transport and distribution, improve the efficiency of the network across Sharjah, improve the quality and purity of water, and continue to apply the best global technologies to increase the efficiency of water plants and networks.
He pointed out that SEWA had witnessed great development over the past two years while adding that the co-operation with global companies in the field would be more beneficial.
