His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa has today issued Royal Order 38 of 2017 approving the retirement request of Head of Court of Cassation, Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) Deputy President Chancellor Salem bin Mohammed Salem Al-Kawari.
Under the same royal order, Chancellor Abdulla bin Hassan Ahmed Al-Buainain has been appointed as Head of Court of Cassation, with the rank of minister, as well as Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) Deputy President.
Chancellor Ma’asuma Abdulrasul Isa has been named as Puisne Judge at the Court of Cassation. The Royal Order shall take effect from the date of its promulgation and be published in the Official Gazette.
HM the King has also issued royal order 39 of 2017, appointing Chancellor Nawaf Abdulla Abdulaziz Hamza as President of the Legislation and Legal Opinion Commission (LLOC), with the rank of ministry undersecretary.
Under the same royal order, Chancellor Mohammed Ahmed Ali Muqbal has been named as LLOC Deputy President. The Royal Order shall take effect from the date of its promulgation and be published in the Official Gazette.
