Chief of Public Security, Major-General Tariq Al Hassan, has affirmed that Bahrain is considered a safe environment for investment and the preferred destination for hosting regional and international exhibitions, conferences and business events, especially pertaining to the security aspects and sustainability of industrial security.
On the sidelines of his participation in the 8th Middle East Industrial Security Conference, Exhibition in Manama today the Chief of Public Security told Bahrain News Agency (BNA) that Bahrain’s hosting the activities of this important regional event reflects the huge confidence enjoyed by Bahrain in the investment, security and economic circles in view of the Kingdom’s outstanding capacity to organize mega events most of which are held at the regional and global level.
He explained that the Middle East Industrial Security Exhibition/Conference is not important for Bahrain alone, but is also of paramount importance to all countries in the region, especially in view of current security challenges fronting the region at present.
General Al Hassan pointed out that Bahrain’s hosting more regional and international specialized exhibitions and conferences does not come from void, it comes by virtue of the tremendous efforts exerted by the government and the private sector in making Bahrain the safest platform of investment in industrial security and economic diversification.
He concluded that the industrial security has become a considerably growing industry at the world’s level, and it is imperative to strengthen its foundations to boost the economic diversification and its protection from any cybersecurity infiltrations.
