Jordanian Artisan Reema Abu Assi revealed turned to make floral wreaths with different shapes and colors, as she called her project as “Flower Power”. She saud that she chose this name for her project to reflect the positive energy of flowers on the people who love them.
She said that she loved the flowers although it is not related to her academic field, saying that she turned to this career due to the importance of flowers for each girl and woman. She stressed that the women are keen to use flowers in their clothes as they provide them with the feeling of self-confidence.
For the funds that went to the project, she said that the only association, which supports her, is Anda association, which supports her project with little money that does not meet the need.
She explained that if she had a larger capital, she will be able to sweep foreign markets, especially as she completes a number of the required beautiful pieces quickly. Her products are not limited to clothes, while extend to include traditional bags, bags for infants, bags for the bride and other traditional products.
