Nineteen people were killed in air raids conducted by the jets of the international coalition in Raqqa, the London-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said on Monday.
The fight continues between Daesh elements and the Syrian Democratic Forces in Raqqa countryside.
The raids targeted several areas in Raqqa, US-based Alhurra news channel said.
