A heavy explosion was heard in Kabul on Tuesday. According to reports a rocket landed at an Indian envoy's residence in the Green Zone in Kabul.
There were no reports regarding the type of the explosion and the exact location, Tolo News reported.
Security sources confirmed that the sound of an explosion was heard from the vicinity of Shash Darak area of the city.
Sources told Tolo News that a rocket fired from an unidentified location had apparently landed in the area.
On Wednesday last week, at least 150 people were killed in a suicide car bombing in Kabul's fortified diplomatic quarter, a few hundred metres from the Indian embassy.
