A number of extremist settlers early Tuesday began to build a new settlement outpost in the Khirbet al-Suweida in the northern Jordan Valley, according to the Palestinian official in charge of the settlement file in the northern part of the West Bank, Ghassan Douglas.
Douglas said in a statement, that Khirbet al-Swaida was one of the areas in the northern Jordan Valley, where the Palestinians lived, but the occupation had been working for years to evacuate them in order to establish closed military areas and settlements.
