Labour and Social Development Minister also Chairman of the Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA), Jameel bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan, has received Malaysia’s newly-appointed Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Agus Salim Haji Yusof.
The minister wished the Malaysian ambassador success in his new diplomatic mission to contribute to boosting bilateral relations and achieving joint interests.
He pointed out the recent successful royal visit to Malaysia aimed to enhance bilateral relations and broaden cooperation in various fields.
The two sides focused on promoting labour cooperation and social welfare programmes, as well as ways to develop private sector to achieve sustainable development in the two countries.
The ambassador stressed his country’s keenness on maintaining the solid bilateral relations and cooperation in the interest of joint interests, praising Bahrain’s development and economic progress witnessed by various fields.
