The GCC Ministers of Finance will hold the 106th meeting of the GCC Financial and Economic Cooperation Committee in Bahrain on May 4.
Discussions will focus on the technical committees’ progress in working out appropriate mechanisms to implement the two unifying agreements of the added value tariff and selective tariff which were concluded by the member states.
The committee will also spotlight a number of issues pertaining to the financial field and ways of boosting the GCC economic integration.
A preparatory meeting of the GCC Finance Ministries Undersecretaries will precede the ministers’ meeting and will convene in Bahrain on May 3.
