China's first-half trade with North Korea rose 10.5 percent year-on-year, Chinese officials said Thursday, as the US urges Beijing to apply economic pressure on its neighbour.
Customs administration spokesman Huang Songping said exports to the hermit nation rose 29.1 percent in the first six months of the year, although imports were down 13.2 percent.
