The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) on Wednesday warned Turkey against the repercussions of advancing towards sites controlled by the forces in northern and eastern Aleppo.
Such a move would be faced with firmness and strength, the SDF said in a statement Wednesday.
Meanwhile, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) said at least 11 Turkey-backed opposition elements have been killed in clashes with the SDF in northern Aleppo countryside, according to Al-Hurra TV channel.
According to the London-based observatory, the clashes coincided with heavy shelling by Turkish artillery and air force against SDF sites in addition to posts belonging to Daesh terrorist group in northern Aleppo countryside.
