A suicide bomber, riding a bomb boat, blew it at dawn Saturday 13, Sep on a wooden bridge in Dhuluiya south of Tikrit.
A security source said that the suicide bomber riding a boat blew it at the wooden bridge that links Dhuluiya to Balad, cutting off supplies to the district and made it isolated from Balad district and nearby areas.
