Two booby-trapped cars went off Monday near two hospitals in eastern Baghdad.

Spokesperson for the Baghdad Operational Command Brigadier General Saad Maan said two suicide attacks took place in the Iraqi capital, leaving scores killed and injured. 

Another booby-trapped car went off Monday morning in Sadr city in eastern Baghdad, leaving 16 civilians killed and 38 others injured.
