A car bomb killed nine people and injured 33 others in the Iraqi capital Baghdad on Friday, a police source said.
The bombing took place in Gherai'at area, according to the source.
Earlier in the day, a civilian was killed and eight others injured when an explosive device went off in Al-Wazireya in northern Baghdad.
Also, seven people were killed and 26 others injured in a car bomb explosion in Maghreb St. in northern Baghdad.
