At least six soldiers and a private security guard were killed by bombs Saturday in Pakistan, police said. A bomb exploded in a shopping centre of the capital Islamabad at around 2 pm (0900 GMT), killing a security guard and injuring a civilian, dpa quoted a police official said as saying. Another bomb hidden under a car exploded in the Karachi Company area of the city. The car was damaged but no other loss to life or property occurred, according to dpa.
