Cairo - Marwa Yehia
Syrian actress Raghda has attacked singing star Asala for her apparent hypocrisy in supporting the Syrian revolution against Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad's regime. Raghda said to a newspaper that the Assad regime, which Asala is currently attacking, had helped her in the past to treat her of "Poliomyelitis". For her part, Asala has not commented on Raghda’s statement. Raghda’s statement wasn’t the first, as she stated, previously, that Asala lives away from Syria and doesn’t have the right to attack the Syrian regime. Asala is one of the few Syrian celebrities, who supports the revolution and wants to end the rule of Bashar Al-Assad.
