Rapper and actor Ludacris has announced via Instagram his engagement to his longtime girlfriend Eudoxie Mbouguiengue.
"She didn't say yes. She said HELL YES!" the Fast and Furious co-star captioned the Instagram photo Friday.
There was no word on whether the couple -- who reportedly began dating in 2009 -- have set a wedding date.
