Girls star Lena Dunham will star in an episode of the hit political drama Scandal in March.
As per Shondaland protocol, the details about the role are being kept under lock and key but Dunham's character is expected to be connected in some way to OPA.
Dunham is technically not supposed to appear on an ABC series while working for HBO but has previously said appearing on the show was "her life's great passion."
The episode airs in March.
