Bobbi Kristina Brown

Doctors are reportedly trying to wean Bobbi Kristina Brown off the medication that has kept her in a medically induced coma for nearly a month.
"We're all hoping and praying that this will give us some answers," a family source told People magazine Wednesday, adding Brown's condition remains "severe" and she continues to be kept alive via artificial support.
"There will be a sign of hope, and then nothing," the insider said. "Every day, we wonder if this will be the day that we get good news."
Brown is the 21-year-old daughter of Bobby Brown and the late Whitney Houston. She was found face down and unresponsive in her home bathtub Jan. 31. Her father has publicly said her family continues to pray for her recovery and has no plans to remove her from life support.
The circumstances surrounding her medical emergency are under investigation. Police reportedly are looking into whether she and her boyfriend Nick Gordon were involved in a physical altercation before she was discovered in distress.
People magazine reported last weekend that Brown had been battling drug addiction for years and was intoxicated the morning of the incident.
Houston accidentally drowned while intoxicated in a hotel bathtub after years of substance abuse Feb. 11, 2012. She was 48.
Bobby Brown has also been candid about his own past addiction issues.
