South Korea has begun to ask foreign countries not to invest or engage in tourism activities at a North Korean mountain resort, an official said Thursday. The diplomatic effort comes after the North expelled South Korean workers from Mount Kumgang and vowed to legally dispose of all South Korean assets there.
