The State of Qatar is expected to achieve a growth of 15 percent of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) for the current fiscal year 2011, thanks to the increased production capacity in the hydrocarbon sector, according to the \"Qatar economic outlook 2011-2012\" report, which was launched by the General Secretariat for Development Planning (GSDP) on Tuesday morning. However, the GSDP expected decline in growth to 1.5 percent in 2012 after the country successfully ends its hydrocarbon investments program which took two decades.
