A delegation of the National Economic and Social Council (CNES) will meet Wednesday and Thursday in Blida (50 km south of Algiers) executive officials, elected officials and representatives of civil society of the provinces of Blida and Medea, on their vision for local development, sources from CNES said Tuesday.
