Algeria’s railway network will stretch over 6000 kilometres by the year 2015, announced Friday Transport Minsiter Amar Tou. Chairing a working session at the People’s Provincial Assembly of Sidi-Bel-Abbes (west of Algiers), the minister underlined that \"in 2010 the railway network covered nearly 4000 kilometres, against only 1500 km in 2008.\"
