The Italian stock market plunged more than 3.0 percent on Monday, as nervous investors watched Spain\'s spiralling borrowing costs have a knock-on effect on the neighbouring country. Milan\'s FTSE Mib index dropped to 3.14 percent in mid-morning trading, pulled down by the troubled bank sector.
