The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) indexes recorded collective gains at the close of Monday's trading amid purchases by institutions and foreign investment funds.
The market capital gained about 5.4 billion pounds to end today's transactions at 557.4 billion pounds amid trading standing at about 1.8 billion pounds.
The EGX 30 benchmark index went up by 1.04 percent.
The broader EGX 70 index of the leading smaller and mid cap enterprises (SME) increased by 0.45 percent to reach 446,97 points.
The all-embracing EGX 100 index rose by 0.66 percent to reach 1059,04 points
