SK Telecom Co., the country\'s largest mobile operator, said Wednesday it has set up a new division dedicated to the healthcare business, as part of its business reorganization plans. SK Telecom is scheduled to spin off its mobile software and mobile applications division as a wholly-owned separate entity as of Oct. 1, in a bid to better respond to shifts in the wireless industry.
