British-based brewer SABMiller on Wednesday said it had reached a deal to buy Foster\'s after the Australian beer giant accepted an improved offer worth about Aus$9.9 billion (US$10.16 billion). \"SABMiller plc announces that it has agreed with Foster\'s Group Limited a recommended cash offer to Foster\'s shareholders,\" a statement said.
