Imdaad, a Dubai-based facilities management, FM, firm, has signed a three-year renewable agreement to provide FM services across over 500 mosques managed by the Department of Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities, IACAD.
The integrated FM contract, worth AED30 million (US$8.2 million) per annum, also includes over 1,200 homes associated with mosques.
Under the terms of the agreement, Imdaad will provide a comprehensive range of maintenance services covering MEP, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, and civil systems, in addition to general cleaning, security, landscaping, waste management, tank cleaning, pest control, fire protection systems maintenance, elevators maintenance, and sound systems maintenance.
The agreement’s scope includes mosques managed by IACAD, namely Friday, Daily, and Eid Musallas.
