South Korea's parliament on Friday passed the extra budget plan after the ruling and opposition parties finally reached a compromise on expenditure of the money will be spent, South Korean news agency Yonhap reported.
The two parties have been debating over the 11 trillion won ($9.82 billion) bill's usage and what endeavors it should support. They reached an agreement after negotiations on Wednesday.
Among the 217 lawmakers who participated the session, 210 voted in favor of the budget plan.
