Cairo - MENA
Chairman of the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones Mohamed Khodeir said Egypt has now many promising investment opportunities, stressing that the authority is open to all Spanish investors eager to set up their business in Egypt.
Khodeir, speaking during his participation in the Spain-Egypt Multilateral Partnership forum, said Egypt faced over the past few years unprecedented challenges that prompted the government to lay down a strong and daring reform plan to face them.
The plan included developing infrastructure and roads to link market partners, increasing sources of energy to serve the Egyptian industry and mega projects and undertaking administrative, procedural and legislative reforms, he said.
