The Suez Canal revenues had hit 3.649 billion dollars during the first eight months of the fiscal 2014-2015, Suez Canal Authority said on Friday.
As many as 11,618 vessels carrying 659,200 tons transited the canal during this period.
Meanwhile, the canal's revenues had hit 382 million dollars last February in which 1,219 vessels carrying 73,021 tons transited the canal.
