President Abdel Fattah El Sisi received an invitation on Saturday to attend the Asia-Africa business summit planned to take part in April, Presidential Spokesman Alaa Youssef said.
President Sisi received the invitation during a meeting with Indonesian president's special envoy to the Middle East Alwi Shihab, Youssef said.
The summit will mark the 60th commemoration of the Asia-Africa Conference in Indonesia.
The meeting took up the latest development in the region and means to boost relations, the spokesman added.
