South Sinai governorate authorities are on alert in anticipation of heavy rain and floods, Director General of Operations here Essam Khedr said on Friday.
In a press release, Khedr said the Sharm el Sheikh Port is closed due to bad weather.
He added that Tor-Sharm el Sheikh road was closed for half an hour today after a sand storm in Ras Kenisa area.
