The Royal Charity Organization (RCO) organized a workshop titled "Success in the light of social and career breakthroughs" for women.
The workshop was presented by Dr. Ayesha Al-Sheikh.
The workshop covered various themes, including psychological exhaustion, its symptoms and causes. The workshop also discussed techniques to eliminate stress, most susceptible persons to stress and psychological exhaustion or breakdown.
Participant mothers were able to gain further skills that stimulate success . Dr. Ayesha Al-Sheikh in the course of her lecture explained the psychoanalysis and remedial techniques through mental tricks, reduction of stress and exhaustion on success map, functional, social and psychological output to learn positive adaptation and finally breaking the cycle to attain success.
