Qatari Foreign Minister Khaled al-Atiya said that his country allocated $ 1 billion to the reconstruction of Gaza during the four coming years.
The Qatari minister slammed Israel's recent war on the Gaza Strip which left thousands of innocent people dead and wounded and destroyed the infrastructure of the Palestinian enclave.
Al-Atiya thanked Egypt for hosting the Gaza reconstruction conference which was opened earlier in the day by President Abdel Fatah El Sisi.
